Situation:
During a scheduled maintenance check, structural corrosion on the lower fuselage lip skin panel (FR42–45) exceeded SRM limits. A structural repair was required before Return to Service but no certified repair team was immediately available. Every day of delay risked cascading the entire hangar induction schedule.
STAFFHUBAERO mobilised a certified structural repair team, including sheet metal specialists with all necessary experience verified and travel coordinated before departure.
Team on-site within 48 hours. Repair completed to SRM/OEM standards, aircraft released to service within TAT. Induction slot protected.
